back in the days...
both as a jazz band, and as friends, we go way back. We started playing together as a band in 2001. Not just casually, we fully went for it! It took blood, sweat and a whole lot of chords to create an extensive repertoire and to reach the professional level we envisioned. Shortly afterwards we were ready for our first performance, and from there, many more were to follow.

now, more than 20 years later we are still a sought after act at many (international) jazz festivals. We enjoy every performance, playing together, full of energy and sharing our unstoppable passion for jazz music.

ohno! Jazzband's repertoire is a pleasant mix of old and new jazz tunes. We mix authentic new orleans jazz, dixieland jazz and swinging blues with an exhilarating jazz parade. We also often spice things up with trendy power brass, bringing a surprising versatility in which we get a broad audience to tap their toes; guaranteed!
